For the second consecutive year, Covid-19 made it impossible to organize the Concorso d’Eleganza City of Lugano, an international event whose ambition is to become one of the main European events dedicated to vintage vehicles.

Born from an idea of ​​the Lions Club Monteceneri, promoter of the Lions in Classic regularity Charity, the Competition was supposed to be held in the pedestrian area of ​​Lugano on May 8th but, due to the limitations still valid for public events in Switzerland, the Organizing Committee was once again obliged to give up, even if not completely: with the support of the Municipality of Lugano, a preview of the Competition will be staged, already scheduled for 7 May 2022, which will see the exhibition of about 20 splendid cars from as many Ticino and French collectors. Save the date of Saturday 21 August 2021!

Naturally, to avoid crowds, the display of historic cars in the center of Lugano will be exclusively static and there will be no parades, voting and rankings.

The Sponsors and Partners will also participate in the exhibition who, together with the Committee and in compliance with health rules, will launch a strong message of trust that will cheer the heart of every enthusiast and give everyone hope for a return soon of normality.
